Ingredients:

1 x 18.25-ounce yellow cake mix
1/2 cup cider
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 x eggs
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup diced apples
----------------- STREUSEL MIXTURE: ----------------
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
4 tbl dry instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chocolate chips
----------------- BUTTER FROSTING: ----------------
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 tbl milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix cake mix with cider, water, oil and eggs in large bowl. Mix at low speed until moistened.

Add sour cream and mix about 4 minutes. Stir in diced apples.

Make streusel mixture.

Mix all ingredients together with fork until crumbly.

Spray Bundt cake pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Begin with streusel mix; layer with cake batter and streusel mix until batter is finished.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Carefully remove cake from pan onto plate.

Make butter frosting.

Soften butter; add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add milk and beat until smooth. Add additional milk, if needed, to make thin frosting. Drizzle frosting over warm cake.
