Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cake mix with cider, water, oil and eggs in large bowl. Mix at low speed until moistened. Add sour cream and mix about 4 minutes. Stir in diced apples. Make streusel mixture. Mix all ingredients together with fork until crumbly. Spray Bundt cake pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Begin with streusel mix; layer with cake batter and streusel mix until batter is finished. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Carefully remove cake from pan onto plate. Make butter frosting. Soften butter; add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add milk and beat until smooth. Add additional milk, if needed, to make thin frosting. Drizzle frosting over warm cake. Email this Recipe:
