Instructions: COMBINE cheese and flour in large bowl. Bring beer to a boil in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Reduce heat to low. ADD cheese mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Do not boil. STIR in chiles, cilantro, salt and pepper. Pour immediately into 8 inch-square baking dish. Sprinkle with jalapenos; drizzle with taco sauce. Serve immediately or keep warm in oven. Serve with chips.
