2 cup Flour
3 x Carrots
2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Wesson oil
4 x Eggs
1/2 cup Walnut
2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
----------------- ICING ----------------
2 bot avoset whipping cream
2 pkt Cream cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Grate the carrots. Mix with oil. Add dry ingredients plus eggs. Add nuts and raisins (optional). Cook in pan for 1 hour at 350F.

Icing: Blend altogether and spread over the cake.
