1/2 cup Water
1 box couscous, (about 1 1/2 cups) (10-ounce)
6 x Merguez sausages
3/4 cup Dried currants
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in couscous, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown the sausages in a pan.

Fluff the couscous with a fork, making sure to break apart any lumps. Stir in the currants and dressing. Top with the merguez.

Yield: 4 servings
