2 x egg whites
2 cup pecan halves
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
Instructions:
Instructions: Press lumps out of brown sugar. In medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, then fold in the brown sugar. Add vanilla and spice and mix well. Pour nuts in prepared meringue and, using wooden spoon, mix well until all are covered with the meringue. Spray cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray. Place nuts individually on cookie sheet(s) and bake in preheated 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
