250 gm	Marinated herring, drained
1 cup	Potatoes, cooked, diced
1 cup	Beets, cooked, diced
2 x	Apples, chopped
1/2 cup	Dill pickles, chopped
1/2 sm	Spanish onion, sliced
	----------------- CREAM DRESSING ----------------
1 cup	Whipping cream
1 tbl	White vinegar
1 tsp	Prepared mustard
1/2 tsp	Dillweed, dried
1/4 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Divide into individual servings and allow each person to apply dressing as desired.
