1/2 cup	finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup	finely chopped green onion (2) or vidalia onion
2 sm	cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp	cumin
1 tsp	oregano
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	thyme
1/2 tsp	paprika
1/4 tsp	crushed red pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together everything except meat, add meat and mix well. Make into patties, and grill 14 to 18 minutes, turning once. Serve with tomato, lettuce, sour cream (optional), on toasted bun!
