2 cup water
2 x thick cinnamon sticks
3 x Ibarra Chocolate bars 60g. each
1/2 gal Milk (low fat if you are on a diet)
Instructions:
Instructions: Of course you can use other brands if you do not find these, but then it would not be a MEXICAN champurrado right?

Dissolve the corn flour in the water, put to boil with the cinnamon sticks and the chocolate bars, after the first boil add the milk and stir until it boils again.

Serve in small cups and enjoy!
