5 x	Chopped garlic cloves
4 tbl	Chili powder
1 tsp	Cumin
1/2 tsp	Cinnamon
1/2 tsp	Dried oregano
1/2 tsp	Salt
2 tbl	Beer, plus

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together. Add beer and/or orange juice to form a paste.
