Instructions: Just got back from a trip to Mexico. Loved the food!! Had a craving for these but had no recipe so I improvised. Turned out just like I remembered!
Chop tomatoes & green onions and place in a bowl. Add the lime juice, peel and chopped cilantro. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving. Serve with taco chips. Can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Email this Recipe:
