4 slc bread cubed
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup cubed or shredded Cheddar cheese
4 x eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Layer bread, ham, and cheese in a greased 9-inch square baking pan.

Beat together the eggs, salt and dry mustard. Pour egg mixture over top of layered mixture. Stir in salsa. Cover mixture tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake casserole, uncovered, for about 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Comments: Recipe may be doubled and baked in a 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking pan.
