Instructions: Mix first six ingredients and place in a 9 X 13-inch casserole dish. Top with Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese to about 1/2 in thickness. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
