1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbl margarine
16 oz canned tomatoes, chopped & drained
6 oz canned tomato paste
1/2 lb ground beef, browned & drained
2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 x eggs, beaten
4 oz lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
1 lb Kraft Jalapeno pepper pasteurized process, sliced

Saute onion in margarine. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and ground beef, stir until blended. Combine cottage cheese, parsley, and eggs. Line a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 in. baking dish with half of noodles. Layer with half of cottage cheese mixture, tomato sauce, and cheese spread; top with remaining noodles. Repeat layers, omitting cheese spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese spread; continue baking until cheese spread melts.
