Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 lb Ground beef
1 can Chicken rice soup
2 x Green chilies, chopped (or 1/2 small can of chopped green chilies freeze remainder)
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz Tomato sauce
Grated cheese
8 oz Taco sauce
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 x Garlic clove, minced
1 x Onion, diced
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown beef and drain. Mix in remaining ingredients (except tortillas and cheese). Bring to a boil. Put a layer of tortillas in 9" x 13" casserole.

Place 1/2 beef mixture on top of tortillas, add a layer of tortillas andcover with remainder of beef. Top with grated cheese. Cover casserole and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
