1/2 cup green pepper chopped
1 x clove garlic minced
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
few drops tabasco sauce to taste
2 cup vegetable broth
16 oz refried beans
tortilla chips optional
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute vegetables until tender. Add spices, broth, and refried beans. Heat through. Top with chips or cheese if desired.
