2 x cloves garlic crushed
1 cup onions chopped
1 cup bell peppers chopped
1/2 cup carrots shredded
1/2 cup celery chopped
1 pkt corn (10 oz) frozen
2 cup beans
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 can tomato sauce (16 oz)
1 tbl cornstarch

3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. To prepare filling, cook garlic, onions, peppers, celery, and corn until tender in a saucepan. Mix in beans, cumin, chili powder, and oregano.

Mix tomato sauce and cornstarch together then add to rest of ingredients.

Bring entire mixture to a boil and spoon into prepared pan. To prepare topping, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, water and oil in a mixing bowl. Spoon onto filling. Bake for 30 minutes.
