Instructions: Lightly butter a preheated skillet big enough to take the tortilla. Put chopped green chilies and cheese not too thickly over the bottom tortilla. Top with the other one. Place in skillet and watch carefully so that bottom does not burn. Flip and toast the other tortilla. Cut in wedges. Serve as an appetizer, snack or meal.
