Recipe for Mexican Quiche Without Crust

Ingredients:

2 cup	chopped ham
16 oz	sm. curd cottage cheese
1 pkt	frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
6 x	eggs, beaten
1/2 cup	melted margarine or butter
6 tbl	flour
12 oz	Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz	mushrooms, sliced
1/2 x	onion, chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix ingredients and transfer to a 9x13 inch casserole or quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Serves 8 to 12 people.
