Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine margarine, cocoa and 1 cup water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine flour and sugar and then stir in cocoa mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 - inch pan and bake for 20 minutes.

Icing:
1 16 ounce box confectioners sugar
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup non-dairy creamer
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon coffee
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Ice while cake is still slightly warm.
