Instructions: Measure flour; add spices and salt, mix well. Set aside in a bowl. In another large bowl, mix sugar and Wesson Oil; beat until well mixed. Boil water; add baking soda to hot water. Add flour mixture alternately to sugar and Wesson Oil; mix with the hot water. Mix well. Add beaten eggs; mix well. Pour into a greased 9x12-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Do not overcook. Test with cake tester.
