Instructions: Cut bacon in small pieces. Put in a 3-quart casserole and cook full power
(microwave) 3 to 4 minutes. Remove bacon and add flour to drippings. In a separate dish, mix other ingredients except sausage. Drain kraut, but do not rinse. Place half kraut mix in casserole. Add sausage after first mixing well to blend flavor. Pierce sausage skins; add rest of kraut to cover meat. Cook on level 5 (slow cook) 35 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Email this Recipe:
