Instructions: Directions: In a 1 quart microwave proof bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, sugar and cocoa. Whisk in the two cups of milk and the teaspoon of vanilla until they are well combined. Cook on high in the microwave for 3 minutes. Whisk again and cook on high for an additional 3-8 minutes. (It usually takes no more than 3 minutes to cook) After each minute whisk again. When the pudding comes to full boil and thickens remove from microwave and stir in butter and chocolate chips.
