2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
2 tsp instant chicken bouillon
2 tbl hot water
1 tbl brown sugar
1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1 tbl chives, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Place carrots in a 2-quart casserole. In small bowl or 2 cup measure, combine bouillon, water, sugar, and seasonings. Pour over carrots. Toss to coat. Cover. Microwave on high 5 to 8 minutes or until fork tender, stirring after 1/2 the cooking time.

NOTE: For low sodium diet, substitute low salt bouillon.

Serves 4.
