Instructions: Combine strawberries, lemon juice and pectin in a 3-quart microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or waxed paper and bring to a boil in the microwave oven on high setting (about 7 minutes). Remove from oven and stir. Cover and cook 3 minutes in microwave oven. Add remaining ingredients. Return uncovered mixture to oven and cook until jam sheets from spoon (about 1 minute). Skim foam; pour into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust caps. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
