Instructions: Remove wing tips, freeze and use in a broth later; separate wings at joints. Dip chicken pieces in milk. Combine the seasoning mix and breadcrumbs in a plastic bag. Add two to three pieces at a time, shaking to coat. Place chicken in 12x7 1/2x2-inch baking dish. Micro-cook covered with paper towel (not plastic wrap), until chicken is done, about 14 minutes, giving dish half turns every 4 minutes.
