Instructions: I prick them with a fork, and microwave them (just in a dish, no wrap needed)
for about twelve minutes or until it feels soft. Cut them in half after cooking, scoop out the seeds with a spoon. I like to season with some cinnamon, or nutmeg, and add a teaspoon or two of real maple syrup. One of my favorite veges! Email this Recipe:
