Instructions: Quick cooking brown rice, bulgar wheat and couscous which can be cooked by simply soaking in hot water are perfect for the road. Check package directions and adjust standing time if necessary.
In a wide mouthed thermos, combine couscous or bulgur, water, apricots, currants, nuts, garlic, cinnamon, salt and pepper and stir.
