15 x	Fresh chicken wings split in two sections (tips discarded)
1/4 cup	Presidents Choice Volcano Salsa
2 tbl	Durkees Hot Sauce
2 tbl	Vietnamese hot chili sauce (like a ketchup made from hot chilies)
2 tbl	Vinegar

Instructions: These are flame throwers! Keep the beer close by!

Cook the wings anyway you like, deep-fry, baked in the oven, BBQ, etc. Make a coating sauce of the following (for about 30 wing parts Mix the sauce together well, warm over low heat and toss the wings. Coat thoroughly and serve.
