Instructions: Wash the liver and pat dry with absorbent paper.
Cut into bite sized cubes. Heat the oil in a pan add the onion and fry for 3 minutes. Add the cubes of liver and fry on all sides for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms cook for a further 3 minutes then add the salami and tomatoes. Pour over the white wine. Season with salt pepper and basil. Cook for 3 minutes more stirring.
