4 oz egg or spinach fettucine
1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 x clove garlic minced
1 tbl olive oil
1 x (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte
Pastas Style Chunky Tomatoes
1/2 cup whipping cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Cook shrimp and garlic in hot oil in large skillet over medium high heat until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Stir in tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend in cream and green onion. Heat through but do not boil. Serve over hot pasta.

Makes 3 servings. This is a fast and easy recipe can be doubled if needed.
