6 x Anaheim chili peppers, (seeded), coarsely chopped
1 cup coarsely chopped cilantro

2 x limes, juice of
1 tbl olive oil, (to 2 tbsp)

Instructions: In a food processor, pulse together all ingredients until coarsely ground.
