1 tbl butter
1/2 sm onion thinly sliced
2 tbl red or green salsa
2 tbl cream
5 cup Swiss chard stems cut off,
and leaves sliced crosswise 1" strips
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion; cook 5 minutes, until onion is softened. Stir in salsa; cook 3 minutes more. Mix in cream.

Add chard and stir to coat. Cover and cook 5 minutes, just until chard is wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
