Instructions: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion; cook 5 minutes, until onion is softened. Stir in salsa; cook 3 minutes more. Mix in cream.
Add chard and stir to coat. Cover and cook 5 minutes, just until chard is wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields 4 servings.
