I Sieve flour sugar salt and cocoa into a bowl 2 Rub in margarine until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs 3 Stir in eggs liquid and essence beat well 4 Divide mixture between 2 x 8in (20.5cm) greased tins 5 Bake in preheated oven 6 When cooked remove from tins allow to cool and then sandwich together with desired filling small oven: 180 degrees C approx 20-25 minutes PREHEATED middle shelf fan oven: 170 degrees C approx 20-25 minutes PREHEATED Email this Recipe:
