Instructions: Using vegetable peeler, with long side of chocolate grate a few curls to top the pie and garnish. Chop remaining chocolate.
Scald 2 cups of milk in saucepan over med. heat. Stir chopped chocolate into scalded milk, stir till melted. Blend the remaining 1/4 cup milk with cornstarch, flour, and salt until smooth, add chocolate mixture. Cook and stir till thickened. Add some to eggs, slowly blend to hot mixture. Cook till thicken.
