Instructions: Combine eggs, bread crumbs & cheese in mixing bowl. Drain spinach well; add with beef to egg mixture & mix lightly. Shape into meatballs. Brown in fat in large skillet; pour off excess fat. Stir in 1-1/4 cups water, lemon juice & contents of gravy mix (or can of soup). Simmer uncovered 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked.
