Instructions: Mix together the milk, pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in the Cool Whip, and add a handfull of chopped nuts to mixture (optional) I also sprinkle another handful on the top of the pie. (This lets people know that there are nuts IN the pie.) This makes 2 pies, and freezes easily.

This is a great pie to take to pot luck dinners, as it "stands up" well.

HINT: The plastic cover that comes on the pie crusts can be turned over, and recrimped...making a handy carrier.
