Instructions: Cream together the powdered sugar and butter. Add egg, salt and vanilla and beat together at high speed for 10-15 minutes. Spread in bottom of pie shell and chill. Whip the cream until stiff. Blend in the drained pineapple and nuts.
Spread over mixture in pie shell and chill again. This pie freezes well. Note: You can use 8 (10 oz) whipped topping instead of the whipping cream. Email this Recipe:
