4 oz Raisins
4 oz Currants
4 oz Prunes
2 oz Mixed peel
4 oz Brown sugar
4 oz Suet
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Spice
1/4 cup Rum
1/2 cup Wine
2 tbl Lime juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Chop fruit and suet finely. Add sugar, spices, rum, wine, lime juice and grated ring. Mix well togehter. Put into glass jars, cover closely and allow to stand about 3 weeks before using.
