Instructions: Buy unsliced bread and have it sliced very thin lengthwise at the bakery.
Combine minced chicken, sieved hard-cooked egg, seasonings, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Spread sliced bread with soft butter or margarine; add filling, and cover with buttered bread.
