Instructions: Rinse the bulgar briefly.
Put in a bowl cover with hot water and leave to soak for 20 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Mix the bulgar with the meat and the egg and then mix in the remaining ingredients. Season the mixture and work it with your hands until it is well amalgamated. Make it into 18 mediumsized elongated flat patties. Grill the patties in 2 batches for about 3 minutes on each side. Keep the first batch warm while the second is cooking. While the kebabs are grilling prepare a small platter with some onion rings sprinkled with urfa pepper. Serve with hot pitta grilled tomatoes small plates of antep pepper for dipping the kebabs in and a large mixed salad. Serves 6 Email this Recipe:
