1 pkt (18.25 oz) favorite spice cake mix
1/4 cup Water
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
3 x Eggs
1 pkt (9 oz) None Such condensed mincemeat, finely crumbled
1/2 cup Egg nog
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs; beat on medium-high speed 2 minutes. Stir in mincemeat. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted or tube pan. Bake at 350 F 45 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.

In a small mixer bowl, combine egg nog and topping mix; beat on high speed 4 minutes or until soft peaks form. Serve topping over cake slices.

Refrigerate leftover topping.
