Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
125 gm	Suet, shredded -OR- melted margarine
125 gm	Apples, grated
500 gm	Mixed dried fruit
125 gm	Demerara sugar
125 gm	Mixed peel
125 gm	Almonds, blanched and well dried
1 x	Lemon, rind & juice of
1 tsp	Mixed spice
1/2 tsp	Cinnamon
1/2 tsp	Grated nutmeg

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients thoroughly pot in dry jars and seal. Keep in a cold dry place. This mincemeat also improves with age.
