Instructions: Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the base of a T-FAL pressure cooker; add turnip, leeks, celery, and carrot and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, and garlic. Add stock. Cover, seal and bring to full pressure. Cook for 25 minutes. Release pressure slowly. Uncover; add spaghetti and remaining butter. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls and garnish each serving with grated cheese.
