3 tbl butter or margarine or 4 tbs
1 sm turnip diced
4 x leeks thinly sliced
2 x celery ribs chopped
1 med carrot peeled and diced
1 cup green beans sliced
2 x tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 tbl tomato paste
1 x garlic clove crushed optional
4 cup hot vegetable stock
4 oz spaghetti broken into 1 inch
strands
1/4 oz grated gruyere or parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the base of a T-FAL pressure cooker; add turnip, leeks, celery, and carrot and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, and garlic. Add stock. Cover, seal and bring to full pressure. Cook for 25 minutes. Release pressure slowly. Uncover; add spaghetti and remaining butter. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls and garnish each serving with grated cheese.
