Instructions: Cream the above together till the dough is well mixed. Wrap in wax paper and chill for 3 hours. (I usually make the dough the day before and let it sit over night.)
After three hours divide the dough into 24 portions, and drop into mini cupcake pans, and form into a crust. Drop 1 tsp. (about) of filling into cream cheese crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Filling: Mix together. /CAKES Email this Recipe:
