Instructions: Combine Sugar and 3 Tbs. water in small saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat; immediately add Mini Chips and stir until melted. Blend in marshmallow creme; add HOT water, a teaspoonful at a time, until glaze is desired consistency.
