2 sht puff pastry
2 tbl tomato paste
60 gm salami
3 x tomatoes
250 gm mozarella, grated
60 gm olives, stuffed
45 gm anchovy fillets
1 tsp oregano
Instructions:
Instructions: Use an 8cm cutter to cut 9 rounds from each pastry sheet. Place pastry rounds on oven trays. Spread each with tomato paste, top with a slice of salami, a slice of tomato, sprinkle with basil, grated mozzarella cheese. Top with sliced olives and chopped anchovy fillets. Season well with pepper.

Bake in a preheated hot oven (400F) for 10-15 minutes until well browned.
