1 lb Lean ground beef,
1/4 cup Fine dry bread crumbs,
1/4 cup Water,
2 tbl Chives or green onion,
1 tsp Dijon mustard,
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp Salt,
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, water, chives, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well to blend flavours. With hands, roll 1 Tablespoon at a time into balls. Place on broiler rack in broiler pan to allow fat to drain off. Bak in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
