1/2 cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp powdered ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tbl freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 tbl granulated garlic
2 tbl Dijon mustard
1 cup rice vinegar
1 cup Canola oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
Instructions:
Instructions: In a food processor or blender, mix everything except the oil together, then drizzle in the oil and refrigerate. If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it with water.

Comments: This dressing has a tangy, sweet and sour flavor that is great on all kinds of salads from straight greens, to entree salads containing grilled beef, salmon and chicken. We also recommend using it as a marinade, or even as a sauce for cold Asian noodles.
