1/4 lb plain firm tofu
1/4 cup rice milk
1/2 cup corn or brown rice syrup
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp natural peppermint essence
1/2 tbl natural green food coloring
1/2 tbl natural vanilla essence
2/3 cup sunflower oil
1 oz pecans
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend all the ingredients except the carob bar until a thick cream is formed. Grate the carob bar and stir into the mixture, but do not blend. Pour into a plastic container and freeze. Defrost for half an hour before Serving.
