Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb Tomatoes, chopped
2 cup Light brown sugar
1/2 cup Sultanas (golden raisins)
2 tsp Dry mustard (Colemans)
1 lb Tart apples, chopped
3 x Green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup Fresh peppermint, chopped
1/2 cup Distilled white apple vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Each: mace, allspice
Instructions:
Instructions: GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel pot.

Bring to a boil uncovered. Then lower to a simmer and cover for for the remaining

Cooking Time: about 1 hour. The mixture should be thick like a good finished jam or marmalade.
